Why do I need to Claim my Website on Pinterest?

You can use all the features of Pinterest without claiming your website or social media pages but there is an advantage when you claim your website.

When you claim your site and social media pages on Pinterest, your name and profile picture will appear next to pins that are shared from your site or social media pages.

If your readers love the contents on your site, they could share them to Pinterest. When they share these contents, your Pinterest name and profile picture will appear next to the pins.
